How to Use

Method 1: Input Phone Numbers

1. Enter Phone Numbers: Paste or type phone numbers in the text area
   • One phone number per line
   • Supports Chinese mobile numbers (11 digits)
   • Automatically removes duplicates
2. Assign Names: Choose naming method:
   • Auto-generate: Creates names like "Contact 001", "Contact 002"
   • Manual input: Enter custom names for each number
   • Use phone as name: Uses phone number as contact name
3. Add Details (Optional):
   • Organization/Company name
   • Notes or tags
   • Additional contact information
4. Generate VCF: Click "Generate VCF" to create vCard files

Method 2: Upload File

1. Upload Excel/CSV: Click upload button and select file
   • Supports .xlsx, .xls, .csv formats
   • Automatically extracts phone numbers
   • Can include name column for automatic assignment
2. Map Columns: Select which columns contain:
   • Phone numbers (required)
   • Names (optional)
   • Organization (optional)

Export Options

Individual VCF Files

Import to Different Platforms

iPhone/iPad

1. Download the VCF file to your device
2. Open the VCF file (tap on it in Files app or email)
3. Tap "Add All Contacts" or review and add individually
4. Contacts will be added to your default account (iCloud, Gmail, etc.)

Android

1. Download the VCF file to your device
2. Open Contacts app
3. Tap menu (⋮) → Settings → Import
4. Select "Import from .vcf file"
5. Choose the downloaded VCF file

Gmail Contacts

1. Go to contacts.google.com
2. Click "Import" in the left sidebar
3. Click "Select file" and choose your VCF file
4. Click "Import"

Outlook

1. Open Outlook
2. Go to File → Open & Export → Import/Export
3. Select "Import a vCard file (.vcf)"
4. Browse and select your VCF file
