How to Use

Method 1: Upload Excel File

1. Click Upload Button: Select your Excel file (.xlsx, .xls, or .csv)
   • Supports files with multiple worksheets
   • No file size limit
   • Processes all sheets automatically
2. Automatic Extraction: The tool will:
   • Scan all worksheets for phone numbers
   • Validate Chinese mobile number format (1[3-9]xxxxxxxxx)
   • Detect carrier based on number prefix
   • Record location (Sheet!Cell) of each number
   • Remove duplicate numbers automatically
3. View Results: See all extracted numbers with:
   • Carrier identification (China Mobile, Unicom, Telecom, Broadnet)
   • Source location (worksheet and cell)
   • Statistics by carrier
   • Total count

Method 2: Paste Text

1. Copy from Excel: Select cells in Excel and copy (Ctrl+C / Cmd+C)
2. Paste into Tool: Paste the content into the text area
3. Extract Numbers: Click "Extract Phone Numbers" button
4. View Results: All valid mobile numbers will be extracted

Filter and Format

Filter by Carrier

Use the carrier dropdown to show only numbers from specific carriers:

• China Mobile (中国移动): 134-139, 147-148, 150-152, 157-159, 172, 178, 182-184, 187-188, 195, 197-198
• China Unicom (中国联通): 130-132, 145-146, 155-156, 166-167, 171, 175-176, 185-186, 196
• China Telecom (中国电信): 133, 149, 153, 173-174, 177, 180-181, 189-191, 193, 199
• China Broadnet (中国广电): 192

Number Formats

Choose how numbers are displayed and exported:

• Plain: 13812345678
• Dashed: 138-1234-5678
• Spaced: 138 1234 5678
• Parentheses: (138) 1234-5678

Search Numbers

Use the search box to find specific numbers or patterns. Search works on:

• Phone number digits
• Carrier names
• Worksheet names

Copy All Numbers

Copy all filtered numbers to clipboard in your selected format. One number per line, ready to paste into any application.

Download as TXT

Save as plain text file with additional information:

• Phone number in selected format
• Carrier name in parentheses
• Source location in brackets [Sheet!Cell]

Export as spreadsheet with columns:

Tips for Best Results

• The tool only extracts valid Chinese mobile numbers (11 digits starting with 1[3-9])
• Landline numbers and international numbers are not extracted
• Use carrier filter to segment numbers for targeted campaigns
• Export to CSV to preserve all metadata (carrier, location)
• Check the sheet/cell reference to verify numbers in original file
• Use different formats for different systems (plain for databases, formatted for display)
